Waka on Sunday

Missed it Saturday. Wife and I were camping at Clinton lake. I was in the neighborhood and could see surfers as I drove across the dam. May make it out on Sunday.

Close Whitewater Parks

The only 2 I really know much about are in Charles City, IA and Siloam Springs, AR. Tulsa wave is all washed away. There is another WW Park open in Manchester, IA. OK City is building a man-made whitewater park similar to the USNWC in Charlotte, NC. Should be open next year.

Wakarusa Release

Looks like the Wakarusa release will start tomorrow instead of today. Posted so far by the Corps Thursday, 21 May 2015: 500 CFS Friday, 22 May 2015: 700 CFS 700 CFS might work, depending on the tail water. :D But, it might be too sticky too, so be careful. :?: Hope it gets bumped up to 1000 CFS End ...

Everything Is Up

Looks like all the rivers came up last night but I got to work today. Caught Mill Creek yesterday for some front surfs and spins.

Have fun anyone hitting the water today.

Sunday pool sessions will continue through the end of April. Time is still 10 am to noon. After April there will be no more pool sessions until we start them up again next fall or winter.

Dagger Centrifuge

Actually that looks to be a Dagger Centrifuge, just like the Ultrafuge but bigger.
