Mill Creek Stormwatch Gauge

Kevin -- Looks like the Mill Creek Stormwatch gauge link may be broken again. The link from the KWA gauges page leads to: http://www.stormwatch.com/Raw_Data/Last_Reading_Each_Sensor.aspx Where hopefully it would lead to: http://www.stormwatch.com/Raw_Data/Sensor_Readings.aspx If that doesn't show up...

Bowersock boating this weekend:

Sat -- 1130am
Sun -- 12pm

Bowersock is fun at this level, most of the features are in. Waves 1 and 2 are surfable, but more flushy, slower, and harder to stay on than at lower levels. Little Dipper, Smiley, and Dimple are all fun. Tim's wave is in.

Great weekend at Bowersock. Got to see and try out a true river SUP for the first time; it was a blast. Great workout and very challenging. One more item to add to the growing wish list of river and ocean craft. At this level (about 1200cfs) wave 1 is a lot of fun for practicing carving and laying t...

I will be boating Bowersock on the 4th and over the weekend. Always looking for folks to boat with. I sent you a pm with some Bowersock details.

As for Kaw at i435, Dave Irvin (Dave here on the message board) would be the guy to contact for the best current info.

We had massive debris coming downstream for about an hour on Sundy. Then all of a sudden it just cleared.

Damn railroad tie almost took me out during a surf.

Kayaking Bowersock Tuesday and Thursday from about 4 or 5pm to dark.

Bowersock

Bowersock Boating -- From about 1000 to 2000 cfs we have a few small front surf waves; did see one boater get a half spin into a back surf on the first steep wave. Also have been able to get back surfs by entering the wave backwards. Hand paddling the wave too is fun too. Below 1000, not sure becaus...

Kaw was a blast yesterday, 12,500cfs. Excellent skills challenges for most every paddler. Chute is fast and thrashy.

Kaw today at 1200 noon.
