Club Discussion/ Corporate Level Dissolution

As for the official club business aspect of this. What I will go ahead and do is take care of taxes and try to file an ammended 2010 return and close the official part of the club. As for the website, I'm very for keeping it going with the message board since that is really the heart of the club anyways. The annual cost of the website is around $60 bucks so maybe we can get donations or something to run that or take what we have left over from the waka if any and run it that way until we need to do donations.

There are some small items of club gear etc. Currently the boats are over at my house. I'm totally fine for holding onto them for now and still treating them as club gear (not go off and sell them).
