Hi all!

I just wanted to thank everyone who was at the get together today for being so kind and letting me take part in the rendezvous. Especially Tim Stocklein who I have known for quite a while through storm chasing. I went out to the lake today knowing barely anything about kayaking but came back with a lot of information and I just wanted to thank you all for that. For those of you who don't know who I was........I was the guy standing in the water and taking photos for most of the afternoon. Thanks again and hopefully I will see you next year again but next time with my own kayak :)

I took about 200 photos throughout the afternoon but only have a couple up on the net so far. I will post where they are when I get them up.

Those are some great pics. Thank for the post.

Lets make it happen that you, Tim, & I can get together this summer in Manhattan to beef up your paddling skills. We have lots of boats and gear and should be able to get you up to speed with a few weekend trips to the lake and then to Rocky Ford.

Yup, if anyone can get you into a boat it is this crew :) Great pictures Darin!!! I know several people were already talking about them Sunday morning when we went back out there. It was good to have you stop by on Saturday, and I'm sure we definitely showed enough carnage to keep you entertained :)
